Zarmina Khankhel
Senior Director, Evidence Synthesis, Genesis Research Group
Zarmina has 15+ years experience in HEOR and RWE consulting. She focuses on both qualitative (e.g., systematic and non-systematic literature reviews) and quantitative (e.g., feasibility assessment, meta-analysis, indirect treatment comparisons including network meta-analysis) evidence synthesis activities. In her role at Genesis, she leads the Evidence Synthesis team on global and region-specific projects across a wide range of disease areas and on projects supporting various needs including dossier development, data landscape assessment, evidence gap analysis, HTA, internal strategy support, modeling inputs, publication development and strategy, among others.
Samara Ferguson
Vice President, Head of HEOR, Genesis Research Group
Samara has 30+ years of experience in HEOR and market access across consulting and industry roles. Her expertise spans the full spectrum of market access and evidence strategy, including payer evidence generation, value proposition development, global value dossiers, economic modeling, and HTA submissions. In her role at Genesis, she leads the HEOR team, supporting pharmaceutical and biotech companies in communicating asset value across global and regional markets and helping clients navigate complex reimbursement and payer decision-making environments.

Priti has 30+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry across consulting and industry roles. A recognized leader in market access, HTA, and evidence strategy, she has helped organizations understand evidence needs and develop approaches that inform access and reimbursement decisions across US and global markets. Priti has led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on value, evidence, and outcomes, supported the launch of more than 15 pharmaceutical products, and built high-performing Health Outcomes teams. She is a frequent speaker and author with more than 75 peer-reviewed publications in health economics, policy, and services research.
