Genesis Research Group, a leading provider of tech-enabled real-world evidence (RWE), health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), and market access services, announces the appointment of Lynn Okamoto as Chief Business Officer (CBO).
A highly experienced HEOR leader having held leadership roles across the industry, Lynn joins Genesis Research Group with over 20 years of experience in pharma and consulting. As CBO, Lynn will lead the Client Solutions team, oversee the integration of Genesis’ market access and real-world evidence capabilities and execute the company’s business strategy; improving operational efficiencies and delivering exceptional research and client service while ensuring continued growth.
Lynn will also focus on growing Genesis Research Group’s tech-enabled partnerships, including Genesis’ flexible integrated team (FIT) engagement model, which provides access to dedicated team that evolves to match a client’s changing needs, and the RPR online stakeholder/payer engagement platform, which allows clients to rapidly test their strategy at any stage of the lifecycle.
Prior to joining Genesis Research Group, Lynn served as Vice President of PHORCE Consulting & Product Partnerships at Symphony Health, where she oversaw the delivery of HEOR products and consulting services to life sciences companies. Lynn also served as founding Chief Business and Technology Officer at Aesara, where she shepherded the integration of digital solutions within evidence-based consulting practices to improve the communication of product value across lifecycles.
