Alexandra Sosinsky is Senior Director, Pharmacoepidemiology & Safety at Genesis Research Group, bringing more than a decade of experience designing and leading observational research to address regulatory, safety, and health technology assessment needs. Her expertise includes pharmacoepidemiology, drug safety, external control arms, natural history studies, post-authorization research, and evidence generation for label expansion. Alexandra has contributed to more than 20 peer-reviewed publications and previously held roles at IQVIA, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Massachusetts General Hospital. She holds an ScM in Epidemiology and Maternal and Child Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
