Our Hoboken headquarters transformed into a creative studio for a night that reminded us how powerful collaboration can be when we step outside our usual routines.
We hosted a team Paint & Switch night, where each colleague began with their own blank canvas—only to pass it along to the person next to them every few minutes. With each switch, the paintings evolved in unexpected ways, shaped by different ideas, styles, and perspectives. What started as individual concepts quickly became shared creations, reflecting the collective energy of the room.
The atmosphere was relaxed and lively, filled with music, snacks, drinks, and plenty of laughter. As brushes moved and canvases rotated, conversations flowed just as freely. It was a refreshing reminder that creativity doesn’t require perfection—just openness, curiosity, and a willingness to build on one another’s ideas.
By the end of the night, we were left with a series of truly collaborative works of art, each telling its own story and capturing the spirit of teamwork that defines our culture. Along the way, we even discovered a few hidden artistic talents among our team.
