There’s something powerful about turning virtual connections into face-to-face conversations. This week, that spirit came to life as colleagues from the U.S. and U.K.—Tim Wright, Tijana Ignjatovic, Dominic Jones-Phillips, and CEO David W. Miller—traveled to our Gurugram, India office for three days of collaboration, learning, and genuine team connection.
From the moment the visit began, there was an unmistakable energy in the office. Conversations that typically happen across time zones and screens shifted into lively in-person discussions. Ideas flowed more freely, questions sparked deeper dialogue, and shared goals felt even more tangible. It was a chance to align on strategy, exchange insights, and celebrate the incredible work our India team continues to deliver.
The days were filled with productive sessions and thoughtful conversations, but just as meaningful were the in-between moments. Laughter echoed through the office, colleagues connected over coffee, and stories were shared that strengthened relationships beyond project work. A team dinner brought everyone together in a different setting, offering time to unwind, reflect, and appreciate the camaraderie that defines our culture.

Visits like this are a reminder that while our teams span the U.S., U.K., and India, we are united by more than just shared objectives. We are connected by trust, collaboration, and a collective drive to innovate and deliver value worldwide.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire India team for the warm welcome and hospitality. Moments like these reinforce what it truly means to be One Team—growing stronger together, no matter the distance.
