Our Access & Pricing client strategy team revolutionizes the way advice is exchanged between healthcare stakeholders including payers, manufacturers, and the investment community. Our direct communication channel enables development of the most efficient clinical and commercial strategy and is looking for a director with demonstrated pricing and market access consultancy and/or biopharma industry experience, strategic leadership, and communication skills. You’ll have the chance to grow and develop a strong team while being a part of one of the fastest growing life sciences companies.

The professional in this role must possess and demonstrate a passion for cultivating existing and new client relationships, growth and leadership of a research team, accountability for revenue targets and budgets, and identifying opportunities to enhance current business in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device sectors.

Flexible – hybrid or remote, depending on location.

Accountabilities within this role:

  • Cultivate existing and new relationships with senior level clients at pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies.
  • Be a strategic partner, advising on evidence generation strategy, study design and data source selection.
  • Grow existing client accounts and participate in business development including identification of new business opportunities, proposal development and strategic leadership.
  • Be accountable for company and individual revenue targets and budgets.
  • Support development of new Payer Interactive Technology platform.
  • Create expert content for GRG’s proprietary technology products and services.
  • Expand GRG’s stakeholder network and recruitment of payers and payer advisors globally.
  • Develop Strategies for Global Payer Recruitment, including specified archetypes, categorization, engagement, and growing GRG’s network.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment and uphold the GRG culture.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years industry or consulting experience in Pricing and Market Access.
  • Master’s or PhD degree within a relevant discipline (e.g., public health, health services research, public health, HE&R or epidemiology).
  • Expert level knowledge of global health care payer systems and Health Technology Assessments including experience conducting emerging markets projects.
  • Global and US Payer experience preferred.
  • Experience building / utilizing portals for communication /market research purposes preferred.
  • Outstanding healthcare/life sciences industry knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and motivation to take opportunities to develop oneself and others within GRG.
  • Ability to effectively work in a matrix environment and flexibility to adapt to client project needs in a fast-paced entrepreneurial workplace.
