The Fundamental Assessment is the first step in a series designed to provide you with the
essential knowledge needed to build your business to Capital Compliance.
Fundamental Assessment
What We Do
The Fundamental Assessment begins with a comprehensive interview designed to capture your purpose, vision,
projects, and value. From this and other detailed questions, the G2 team develops an assessment of the business
infrastructure needed to support your goals. Additionally, your technology or product idea is examined to extract
the fundamental elements for evaluation against known physical principals and laws.
Why We Do It
The Fundamental Assessment is designed to provide the most information at the least cost so that you can make
an informed decision about moving forward with your business and technology. The last thing you want to hear
is that your business or technology is flawed. However, by providing you with an early exit, we can literally save
you tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars. In cases where the business and technology are viable and robust,
the Business and Technology Assessment will provide you with the confidence you need to proceed to the next
step.
How We Do It
The Genesis team has built a successful model based on many years of experience and industry methodologies
practiced by the most successful entrepreneurs today. We apply these principles based on your interview
questions to create a business infrastructure to support every phase of your business, from concept, business
development, business operation to exit strategy. For your technology we evaluate the features and overall concept
against known physical laws, practical limits, and aspects of product design, development, and manufacturing
that impact the success of the technology. All of these processes are performed on our own technologies and
businesses!
Deliverables
At the completion of the Fundamental Assessment you will receive an analysis and recommendation for your
business infrastructure including legal entity type, high level strategies, marketing strategies, financial strategies,
and exit strategies. You will also receive an analysis of your technology or product from an engineering viewpoint
including an evaluation of the physics, practicality, and engineering impact of your technology or product.
Upon successful completion of the Fundamental Assessment, you will be prepared to move to the next step - the Expanded Assessment.
